Here is the step-by-step process we use to handcraft your new
bed. Center support and headboard braces shown in some images
are available on king size beds only.
- First,
Shane hand selects the lumber.
- Then, the individual boards are glued together into rough parts.
- The rough parts are shaped and sanded.
- Then pre-assembled.
- We then apply our multi-step propriety painted finish to each
part.
- The bed is re-assembled to ensure proper fit.
- And carefully packed for shipment.
